Performance & Speaking

A talk you watch.
A performance you learn from.

The Move is my signature talk: A talk in the form of a performance. Movement, awareness, art, interactive coaching and business, in one.

How it unfolds

No slides. I open with movement, before the words. All leadership is movement. Throughout, I read the room live, and mirror what I see. In the end one question remains: How do you move, when everything around you is changing?

The theme

Conscious leadership in the face of artificial intelligence, pace and major shifts. Every engagement is tailored: I meet you beforehand, learn what matters most to you, and build the performance around it.

What you are left with

Not only what was said, but the feeling in the body afterwards. A shared language for movement and leadership. And often: The start of something more.

Collaborations on stage

Sometimes I don't stand alone. I invite in other artists, actors, musicians or dancers, as an integrated part of the performance. It is still my piece and my direction, but it grows when more voices get to take part.

Congratulations on a fantastic performance with the Oslo Philharmonic. This is beyond all expectations, impressive.

From the stage

Oslo Philharmonic

Filharmonien beveger

My concept with the Oslo Philharmonic: I trained the musicians to meet the room, and stood on stage myself as dancer and host. Around 1,000 people per concert, two concerts a day for four days, staged four times since 2015. Internationally awarded.

Insight: When the musicians let go of the role, the music moves more than the ears.

Kilden culture house

Kilden med det rare i

A symphonic concert performance on tour in southern Norway while the Kilden culture house was being built. Around 35,000 people experienced it.

Deichman

Professional day, Deichman Hall

A professional day for the teams who meet the city's young people, in the Deichman Hall in Bjørvika. Gait reading, distance as a tool, and how groups are led in movement. I opened by dancing, before the words.

Insight: When you see how uniquely you move, you see how uniquely you meet others.

What moves us, from sound to experience

A talk for the whole field about body, presence and interplay.

Insight: When the room gets to decide, no two talks are alike.

Questions and answers

What does a talk with Kyrre Texnæs cost?

From NOK 38,000 excl. VAT for a keynote. The final price is set after a preparation meeting, because every engagement is tailored.

How long is a talk?

From 20 minutes to 90 minutes. The Move in full format is 45 to 90 minutes, and can grow to a half or full day with exercises.

Does he speak in English?

Yes. Norwegian and English, across Scandinavia and internationally.

What is needed technically?

Sound from his own Mac, a projector, and a headset microphone on larger stages. Kyrre arrives early and sound-checks himself.

How far in advance should you book?

Capacity is 50 engagements a year, and autumn fills early. Book 2 to 4 months ahead.

Capacity 2026

I take 50 engagements a year. No more.

The quality lives in the preparation, the presence and the follow-up, and it cannot be mass-produced. So I choose the work where what I do lands best.
