The way we collaborate. The way we shape society. Movement is not a metaphor for me. It is the method. The body knows things the mind has not discovered yet, and in an age where machines think faster than us, it is the human in motion that sets us apart.
Real change does not happen in thought alone, it has to be experienced physically. So I work with body, nervous system and direct feedback in the moment: I see what is actually happening in the body of the person I work with, and adjust in real time.
Sentralen beveger.
Where art meets leadership and social development. In collaboration with Sentralen in Oslo, I gather artists, leaders, founders and social innovators to create something new together. Not as entertainment alone, but as a living creative process that develops people while it happens.
