The pattern you recognize in your own body, between the physical, the mental and the emotional, is a network in motion. And we find the same movement pattern in a team, an organization, a society: Networks within networks, at an ever larger scale.

We learned to move before we learned to speak. The whole picture we hold of the world is built from movement: Forward, away, towards, up. The words came afterwards, and they rest on what was already in the body.
So a thought still sets off a movement, even when it is too small for anyone to notice. Think about the future, and a movement travels forward through the body. Talk about people, and the upper body wakes up, the part that relates to others. Something you do not want, you pull away from. Something distant, with no close relation, stiffens in the gaze and in the neck.
The body is a living printout of the thinking.

When I watch a person walk into a room, I see micro-movements that express how they like to communicate, what they think of themselves, and which unique qualities they draw on when meeting resistance. In a team I see which qualities each person brings, where the interaction breaks down, and which focus draws them together into the flow state.
What makes the reading possible is intuition: Embodied experience, forty-five years of consciousness training and twenty-five years of coaching, stored in the body. The body retrieves it faster than the mind, and draws on the whole experience at once, not one thought at a time. The thought leaks into movement, and the experience recognises it. The same ability I train in others.

A pattern you cannot see is running you. A pattern you recognise is one you can work with. That is the first half.
The second half is that the channel runs both ways. If you know which capacity you want, calm, force, trust or voice, it can be trained directly through movement. Not as an idea of the capacity, but as something the body has actually done. That is why it holds afterwards, including under pressure.
The body doesn't lie. That is why we start there.
The training follows three layers, and a person meets them in this order.
Registering what is actually happening. In the body, in the emotions, in the relationship, in the room. Without this: No development.
Acting on and expressing what you recognise. Through movement, voice, communication and choice. Without this: No visible change.
Affecting reality and others. Through presence, direction and effect in the room. Without this: No value for the world.
The effect is not that people remember what I said. It is that they remember what they felt, and that they can call it back when they need it.

You are yourself a network: Body, thought and feeling moving as one. That network is part of a bigger one, a team, a room, with its own speed, its own direction and its own momentum, just as a body has. When I lead a room, whether it is an orchestra, a leadership group or something else, my attention is not on one person at a time. It is on the movement the room already is, and I synchronise with it, instead of steering it.
So it is not me moving the room. It is the room moving us, myself included.
Kyrre is a role model and an inspiration. Most of all for everything he does not do, and for how he makes others flourish.Rolf Gupta, conductor
The same pattern applies at scale. A person is a network, a team is a network, an organisation and a society are the same pattern, at a larger scale. The relationship between the individual and the collective is becoming the question of the decade: How do we move forward, as a society, now?
Two forces pull in opposite directions. Artificial intelligence gives a few enormous speed and enormous momentum: One person or one company can run what used to take thousands of people. Decentralised systems pull the other way, and give each node in the network more of a say. Both raise the same question: How freely do you express yourself, as yourself, within the network you are part of?
Ordinary decision making asks what the right choice is, based on information and analysis. What I call Embodied Decision Making (EDM) instead asks what you must do now, from where you actually stand, in a body, in a room, with the people who are there.
AI is the coach off the field. You are the player on it. The coach sees patterns and gives information, but does not stand on the field. Only you feel the pressure and the impulse right where you are. AI is objective and general. You are the one the choice concerns, and only you can make it wisely.
When intelligence gets cheap, the bottleneck moves, in every network, at every level, to what cannot be downloaded: Presence, judgement, and the ability to tell the difference between your own impulse and one that came from outside.
So my question is not how intelligence gets cheaper, but how it becomes wise, in every network, at every level. Wisdom is awareness aligned with life. I call the exploration The Consciousness Movement.
The individual on stage, the organisation in coaching, the network in venture: Three doors in, the same training behind them. The performances are built from the same exercises used in leadership and team development. That is why the stage and the boardroom belong together.
The talk as a performance. You watch the pattern being read live, in your own room, and the room feels it in the body while it happens.
See The Move →One to one, leadership group or team. Here your pattern is read, and the capacity you need is built concretely, towards a result you can point to.
See coaching →Sometimes what was created wants to go further. Then I come in with capital, working capital or creative capital, and stay for the journey.
See venture →Keeping the body in the decision loop. Ordinary decision making asks what the right choice is. EDM asks what you must do now, from where you actually stand. Not analysis first and action after, but body, sensing, decision and action in one.
Through physical exercises that make the movement pattern visible, in yourself, in the team or in the organisation. Once the pattern is recognised, it can be changed. And it runs both ways: If you want a particular capacity, it can be trained directly through movement.
Because artificial intelligence is taking over the analysis, and analysis is what we have trained for a hundred years. What remains as human value is presence, judgement and the ability to move others. That is not trained in the head alone.
Kyrre's umbrella term for what actually moves people: Not the arguments, but the movement, the feeling and the presence behind them.
Consciousness is the foundation: The space that holds everything that is, exists and is experienced. The Consciousness Movement is the accelerating movement of people, teams and organisations who recognise, align and create from a sense of this universal consciousness that connects us all.
