The Move is my signature keynote: A talk in the form of a performance. Movement, awareness, art, live coaching and business, in one. Not an ordinary keynote, but an experience the room takes part in.

Live coaching on stage
Participants come up, and the room sees how a small change in the body changes the whole expression. This is often where the aha moment comes.
Gait reading
In two minutes I see what a person is good at, or what stands in the way. The way we walk tells how we lead, sell and meet others.
Movement before words
I open with movement. All leadership is movement. As we go, I read the room live and mirror what I see.

Programmes: One goal, as many times as it takes
We start with your goal. Then we plan the programme around it, often three to six times over a semester. Programmes are typically used for leadership development and communication training. Deichman, for example, booked five workshops.
From three sessions and up, the programme can end with an artistic piece the ensemble creates for and with you.

How long is a keynote?
From 20 to 90 minutes. The Move in full format is 45 to 90 minutes, and can grow into a half or full day with exercises.
Can we get more than the keynote?
Yes. With keynote plus you get an artistic piece from the productions. With the whole event I help you with the whole, from preparation to follow-up. Read about the whole event.
Does he speak in English?
Yes. Norwegian and English, across Scandinavia and internationally.
What is needed technically?
Sound from his own Mac, a projector, and a headset microphone on larger stages. Kyrre arrives early and does his own sound check.
How far in advance should you book?
Capacity is 50 engagements a year, and autumn fills up early. Book 2 to 4 months in advance if you can.
