Movements

We move society.

The keynotes and events are part of a larger agenda: To mobilise us as people where art, business and society meet. The engagements happen with clients across the country, and at home ground Sentralen in Oslo.

Three movements

The strongest projects have all three in them. Movement is what connects them.

Arts and cultureThe inner. Who we are and what we feel. Art sees what does not yet exist.
BusinessWhat we do. Action and results. When everything is built and torn down faster with AI, the question becomes: Who are we, really?
Community developmentThe system. How we are connected. The forces that divide us are strong, so we need what binds us together.

Where the movements meet

The figure shows where the engagements land. The more circles an engagement touches, the more it moves. The filled dots happen at home ground Sentralen.

Three movements, and where the engagements landThree overlapping circles: Arts and culture at the top, business at the bottom left and community development at the bottom right. 18 engagements are placed by which movements they touch. Four sit in the middle where all three meet.Arts and cultureBusinessCommunity development123456789101112131415161718

Home ground

Sentralen beveger

Together with Sentralen in Oslo I bring together artists, leaders, founders and social innovators to create something new, as a living process that develops people as it happens. I am process leader for the movement, the people and the meeting places in the house's long-term plan towards 2035.

Sentralen is home ground, not the whole map. About half of the work happens with clients across the country.

Partners and co-creators

Each production has a co-creator who gives it substance and credibility. New productions and partners are added continuously.

The ability to steer intelligence becomes worth more than the intelligence itself
Two dimensions across

Consciousness and a new economic system

Consciousness is the space everything happens in. The space between body and mind, between people, and between machine and human.

The new economic system is about value that circulates in the community. When intelligence becomes cheap, the bottleneck moves to the wisdom that steers it: Presence, judgement, trust and meaning.

Intelligence is getting cheaper. People must get wiser together.

The one thing that would solve the most problems: It's all people's problems. I wish you good luck with your project, Kyrre.

What does this mean for your event?

The larger agenda comes with me on stage.

When you book a keynote or the whole event, you also get the perspective from the work with art, society and business. That is what lets an event become the start of something more.
